- The Audrey Evelyn room, Heather Elenora room and the Marg-Rheta rooms have a capacity of 1-2 guests, with a flat rate per night per room.
- The Phyllis Ruth room has a capacity of 1 – 4 guests with a variable rate depending on how many guests are staying.
