The Complete Restorative Reset Retreat

About This Retreat:

A weekend of slowing down the mind and body. This retreat is designed around a completely peaceful, quiet, and rejuvenating experience. From start to finish it’s up to you how you want to spend your time.  Whether it’s tucking into a hammock with a book, exploring the winding river through the property, forest bathing in our old growth cedar ‘Foreststill’ or melting into light yoga and meditation sessions, this is about feeling into what brings you joy in that moment.

This all-inclusive retreat includes:

  • 5 Restorative Yoga & breathwork sessions (beginner-friendly)
  • Friday night sound bath & Saturday night Yoga Nidra
  • delicious and comforting meals, snacks & cold-pressed organic juice
  • plenty of free time to enjoy our river, ponds & forest
  • massage chair session & infrared sauna access

More about Marci:

A committed and life-long student of Yoga and Ayurveda…and many things in between; this road has taken me from experimental painting and sculpture at OCAD to a certified Pastry Chef at George Brown College, to operating a successful wellness practice for many years in Orono. When the time was ripe I became serious about yoga and earned my CYT-200, and am nearing completion of my 300 hr certification, adding in many workshops, retreats, and immersions to enrich my teaching skills and unique approach. I feel good about designing classes and retreats that are as comfortable as they are creative, while being mindful that yoga doesn’t have to be fancy to be meaningful. We can’t always be our best selves, but through the practice of yoga- we can all be better together.  -Marci

Beyond the Six Senses Retreat

About This Retreat:

Celebrate your Senses with this powerful exploration of touch, sight, smell, sound, taste, and proprioception to catapult your brain and body receptors to the next level of mindfulness and remind you of the immensity of your wholeness and being.  This weekend will combine sound baths, reiki, aromatherapy, mindful eating, nature and fire with meditation, relaxation, breath work, chakras and yoga to invigorate you and awaken your perception of the world around you.  We will then withdraw the senses to remember the omnipresent nature of your true Self.

This all-inclusive retreat includes:

More about Cynthia:

Combining yoga, breathwork, meditation, anxiety & stress reduction, along with her spiritual experience in recovery has allowed Cynthia to create a space at Rising Spirit for guests to connect to their higher selves and with like-minded community.  It is an honour and a privilege to hold the space for these experiences.

 

How accommodation & fees work for our retreats:

We have 4 rooms available with a maximum retreat capacity of 10 persons. The Heather Room, the Audrey Room & the Marg Room are shared accommodations for 2 participants but can be booked privately for a higher rate. The Phyllis Room is a larger space with patio access and is suitable for up to 3 or 4 participants solo participants but can be booked by a party of 2, 3 or 4 (if solo bookings have not started to fill up for the room).

PLEASE NOTE: As we book participants into retreats, certain Room options and combinations will become unavailable. We will be happy to let you know what is still available if you contact us at bookings@risingspirit.ca.  Thank you!
