Join Jenny for mindfulness practices, gentle yoga, meditation, and the opportunity to nourish yourself with delicious cuisine, connection and community with like-minded individuals. Take this time to cultivate peace within as we are wrapped in winter’s mesmerizing, dark shadow, and its’ beautiful stillness. All levels of practitioners are welcome, especially those new to yoga and mindfulness. For those who like the crisp winter air, we’ll have some fun with snowshoe yoga (or just snowshoeing) and ‘bonfire therapy’ or you may just want to warm up in the sauna, curl up with a hot chocolate and book or meditate beside the fireplace in studio.
