Acknowledging four different occasions – Summer Solstice, Strawberry Full Moon, National Indigenous Peoples Day, and The International Day of Yoga, this will be an unforgettable retreat.

Connect with each other as only Goddesses can, as we honour the convergence of these special days and celebrate their ties with the four elements of nature.

  • On this very powerful weekend, move with us in spirit in a full-moon dance as we celebrate the Strawberry Full Moon.
  • Feel the mystical air from the sky world, as we re-kindle the lights of the Summer Solstice in a fire-burning ceremony and engage in the movement of a full moon dance.
  • Ground with the earth for Indigenous Day and grow our path to truth and reconciliation.
  • And in our practice of yoga for International Yoga day, be reminded to flow like water in adaptability and fluidity.
This all-inclusive retreat includes:
  • Friday night sound bowl healing session
  • Yoga & breathwork sessions (beginner-friendly)
  • 6 delicious & comforting meals, afternoon & night snacks, and coffee & tea
  • Opening and closing green juice (organic, cold-pressed)
  • free time to enjoy our river, ponds & forest
  • 2-night accommodation (private & shared options available)
  • massage chair session, infrared sauna & cold river dip access

Accommodation & fees:

We have 4 rooms available with a maximum retreat capacity of 10 persons. The Heather Room, the Audrey Room & the Marg Room are shared accommodations for 2 participants but can be booked privately for a higher rate. The Phyllis Room is a larger space with patio access, shared accommodation for 2-4 participants.

  • BOOKED: Audrey Evelyn Room
    • 1 guest (shared accommodation with another female participant): $575+hst
      Group of 2 (singles or king bed set-up): $575+hst each
      Private booking for 1 (with king bed): $720+hst
  • BOOKED: Heather Elenora Room
    • 1 guest (shared accommodation with another participant): $575+hst
      Group of 2 (singles or king bed set-up): $575+hst each
      Private booking for 1 (with king bed): $720+hst
  • BOOKED: Phyllis Ruth Room
    • Private Party of 2 guests: $660+hst per person
      Private Party of 3 guests: $520+hst per person
      Private Party of 4 guests: $440+hst per person
      1 guest: (shared accommodation with up to 3 other solo participants): $550+hst

More about Cindy:

I came to yoga at a time in my life when I needed some mindfulness and focus.  It has become so much more for me.  It has not only given me a direction, but also a purpose. It is a true honour to be teaching yoga, holding space, and connecting with like minded people.  I appreciate each, and every person who crosses my path.  I am grateful to be trusted in leading this ‘love’ focused retreat at Rising Spirit.   I am a E-RYT 200hr and RYT-500 hr yoga teacher with certifications in restorative, myofascial, yin, chair, beginner, and reiki and have a busy practice both online and in studio.  I have been holding retreats at my home in Bobcaygeon for 2+years and my main focus when preparing a practice, retreat or workshop is lightness and laughter, feeling better then when you arrived.  I look forward to sharing this time with you and can’t wait to meet you. ~ Cindy
